Every day many older people living independently wish they had a little help and support in their daily life.
There are plenty of ways Care2Care's Companionship Service can provide that much needed help and support, including:
or, if you only need a little companionship, we can even help with that too.
Care2Care understands everyone who chooses our care and support is different. Each person is assessed according to their individual needs, and the planning for their care is done with the person receiving the care at the centre of the planning.
All our staff are carefully selected, and trained by Care2Care Training to meet the requirements of National Care Standards. They operate within a strictly monitored and enforced code of conduct, a copy of which is supplied to all our clients as part of their Welcome Pack, and is available for inspection by all prospective clients.
The Service currently covers the S3, S4, S5, S6, S9, S35, and S36 areas of Sheffield, and we are expanding the service to cover other areas of the City as needed.
If you think you can benefit from our Companionship Service, or just need more information, please do not hesitate to contact us or download our Companions Brochure. We will be pleased to offer free, friendly and impartial advice on how this service can meet your needs.
In addition to our Companionship Service we offer the following care services:
