We currently provide two Carer Support services - Care Support Planning and Caring4Carers.
Our Support Planning service is for anyone needing advice, help and support in developing a care support plan. It is particularly suitable for older people, and people with learning disabilities, physical and/or sensory impairments, mental health needs and people with dementia who would like help to complete their Direct Payments Support Plans.
Details of this service are given on the Care Support Planning page.
Careing4Carers provides carers with help and support when and where they need it. By combining elements of our Companionship, Home Care and Day Care services we are able to provide a flexible, customisable package to suit the needs of individual carers to help them meet short- and medium-term commitments as they arise.
Details of this service are given on the Caring4Carers page.
Care2Care understands everyone who chooses our care and support is different. Each person is assessed according to their individual needs, and the planning for their care is done with the person receiving the care at the centre of the planning.
All our staff are carefully selected, and trained by Care2Care Training to meet the requirements of National Care Standards. They operate within a strictly monitored and enforced code of conduct, a copy of which is supplied to all our clients as part of their Welcome Pack, and is available for inspection by all prospective clients.
If you think you can benefit from our Carer Support Services, or just need more information, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be pleased to offer free, friendly and impartial advice on how our Carer Support Services can meet your needs.
In addition to Carer Support Services we also offer Companionship, Home Care and Day Care services, as follows:
Care2Care Services is registered with, and inspected by, the Care Quality Commission as a domiciliary care provider - providing a range of personal care and support services to individuals in their own home or wherever they wish; and as a residential care provider - providing residential care to adults with differing mental health needs.
