Caring4Carers provides carers with help and support when and where they need it. By combining elements of our Companionship, Home Care and Day Care services we are able to provide a flexible, customisable package to suit the needs of individual carers.
It can be based at the carers home, our Sheffield Day Care Centre or a combination of the two, either on a scheduled basis or as a quick response service to alleviate the day-to-day pressures associated with caring, by allowing the carer to meet short- and medium-term commitments as they arise.
We have found this service to be particularly suitable for meeting the needs of people caring for adults and older people who have mild to moderate dementia or mental health and learning disabilities.
Care2Care understands everyone who chooses our care and support is different. Each person is assessed according to their individual needs, and the planning for their care is done with the person receiving the care at the centre of the planning.
All our staff are carefully selected, and trained by Care2Care Training to meet the requirements of National Care Standards. They operate within a strictly monitored and enforced code of conduct, a copy of which is supplied to all our clients as part of their Welcome Pack, and is available for inspection by all prospective clients.
If you think you can benefit from our Caring4Carers Service, or just need more information, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be pleased to offer free, friendly and impartial advice on how this service can meet your needs.
Care2Care Services is registered with, and inspected by, the Care Quality Commission as a domiciliary care provider - providing a range of personal care and support services to individuals in their own home or wherever they wish; and as a residential care provider - providing residential care to adults with differing mental health needs.
